Three self-catering “group” houses and a number of self-catering cottages offering flexibility for large or small group requirements.

Group Houses
‘Kingfisher House’
This self-contained unit accommodates 17/19 guests, has its own private entrance and enjoys field views from both ground and upper floors. On the first floor there are 6 single rooms, 1 double and 1 twin room (all with wash hand basins) 1 bathroom and 1 shower room (both with a toilet). On the ground floor there are 7 single rooms and 1 double room (all with wash hand basins), 2 walk in shower rooms (both with a toilet), and a separate WC. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with access to an open courtyard, and a comfortable lounge area.

‘Heron House’
A self-contained unit with private entrance adjacent to the leisure pool. Heron House can accommodate up to 16 guests. On the first floor there is 1 triple and 2 twin rooms with 1 bathroom (with toilet). The ground floor comprises 2 twin and 5 single bed-rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room (both with a toilet) and also a separate WC. The open plan living area encompasses a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge space.

‘Swan House’
A self catering unit with private entrance opposite the leisure pool. Swan House can accommodate up to 14 guests. On the first floor there are 2 twin and 2 single bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (with toilet). The ground floor comprises of Room 1 accommodating 4 single beds and an en-suite shower room with toilet. Room 2 accommodates 3 single beds, with a wheel in shower room and toilet along the corridor. Room 3 accommodates 1 single bed. There is a large catering kitchen with combined lounge/dining room off the kitchen.

Holiday Cottages
‘Rosemary’, ‘Lavender’ & ‘Thyme’ Cottages
A terrace of 3 cottages converted in the 1970s from the Home Farm outbuildings with access via the ground floor bedrooms to shared gardens overlooking the open countryside. Each cottage sleeps 5/6 people.
There is a single/twin room on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 with a double and single bed on the first floor. The washroom is on the ground floor with either a bath or walk in shower facility.
The living area is open plan, comprising of kitchen, dining and lounge area.

‘Swallow’ & ‘Swift’ Cottages
These cottages are adjacent to the reception area with open plan living accommodation.
Swallow Cottage has 2 twin bedrooms on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of an open plan kitchen/lounge area and a separate dining room. A double sofa bed is situated in the ground floor lounge. Please let us know if you wish to use the sofa bed as there is an additional charge.
Swift Cottage has a single bed room and bathroom on the ground floor with open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room. On the first floor there is 1 twin bed room and 1 triple bedroom leading to another twin bed room with en-suite bathroom.
