The booking staff will check accommodation availability and answer any questions you may have before you reach your decision.

Provisional bookings will be held for 7 working days during which time you will receive a booking form. (Do not send any money with this form). This form must be returned to:

We regret that if your completed and signed booking form is not received within the specified time your reservation will be cancelled.

Upon receipt of your booking form a letter confirming your reservation will be sent to you.

An invoice will be sent by our central Transaction Processing Unit requesting a deposit of the full payment. Payment can be made by credit or debit card or by cheque payable to The National Trust. A Final Payment invoice will be sent and this must be paid six weeks before your stay.

Reservations that fall within 6 weeks of the holiday start date will require full payment directly to The Stackpole Centre. The cheque is payable to The National Trust. Please ensure your name and address and card number is on the back of the cheque.
