Pets
Pets are not permitted at Stackpole Centre but “working” dogs such as guide or hearing dogs are welcome.

Linen
Hollow fibre duvets and pillows are provided for all beds. Linen includes 2 x pillowcases plus a sheet and duvet cover. A bath mat and two tea towels are provided in cottages accommodating up to 4 people and four tea towels in cottages accommodating 5 or more people. A hand towel will be provided in the kitchen. Linen is not available for cots. You will be asked to indicate on the booking form which beds you require to be made up. Should you require additional linen there will be a charge.

Laundry
There is a launderette on site for your use during the hours: 3.00 pm - 8.00 am (Mon - Fri) and 8.00 am - 10.00 pm (weekends). There may be some extra time during the week when it is available. Please ask at reception.

Arrival and Departure
Your arrival time should be scheduled between 3.30pm and 7.00pm. Should these times prove difficult please inform reception on 01646 661425. Full instructions on how to get to Stackpole Centre will be sent to you. On the morning of departure, please vacate your holiday property by 10.30am latest.

Families and Children
These holiday properties are suitable for children under normal supervision. We have travel cots and high chairs available free of charge but these items should be requested in advance of your arrival. A folding bed is available for hire (request in advance please). This bed will fit into Rosemary, Thyme and Lavender Cottages only and is not suitable for group house accommodation.

Mobile Phones
Unfortunately (or fortunately!) there is no mobile signal at the Stackpole Centre with any service provider.

Smoking
In line with the law, the whole centre is a ‘No Smoking’ area. Please be aware that our smoke detectors are very sensitive.  If activated the fire service will be automatically be called here.
